Redeeming a Deal Code

Activate an AppSumo lifetime deal code on your account, and stack additional codes for a higher tier.

Redeeming a code

1. Log in to the Short10 account you want to upgrade. If you do not have one yet, sign up first — the code is applied to whichever account redeems it.
2. Go to Dashboard → Redeem Code.
3. Paste the code exactly as shown in your AppSumo purchase and click Redeem.
4. Your plan updates immediately. Check Dashboard → Billing to confirm the new tier.

Stacking codes

Each additional code moves you up one tier, up to tier 3. Redeem them one at a time on the same page. Codes beyond the third have no further effect, so do not buy more than three for one account.

What a lifetime deal includes

Lifetime access to the features of the tier you reach, with no recurring subscription. The Plan Comparison lists what each tier unlocks; the tier is also shown on your Billing page.

If the code is rejected

• Remove any spaces before or after the code.
• Check that it has not already been redeemed — a code works exactly once.
• Make sure you are logged in to the intended account; codes cannot be moved between accounts afterwards.
