Short10 offers Free, Pro and Enterprise plans, with a Business tier for teams that need CTA overlays and lead capture. Current prices and link quotas are always on the Pricing page; this article lists which plan unlocks which feature.

Seeing your usage
Dashboard → Billing shows your current plan, how much of each quota you have used, your invoices and the option to cancel. When you hit a limit the dashboard tells you which plan removes it.
