Can I start for free? +
Yes! The Free plan includes link shortening, click analytics, password protection, and link expiry. No credit card required. See the plan details above for exact limits.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time? +
Absolutely, from your billing dashboard at any time. An upgrade takes effect immediately and Paddle charges you only the difference for the rest of the period. A downgrade is the other way round: nothing is charged and nothing changes that day — you keep the plan you have paid for until the end of the current period, and the lower price starts at your next renewal.
What happens to my links if I downgrade? +
Your existing links will continue to work and redirect. You just won't be able to create new links beyond your new plan's monthly limit, and premium features will be locked until you upgrade again.
Do you offer lifetime deals? +
We occasionally run limited-time lifetime deal promotions. If you have a deal code, you can redeem it from your dashboard.
What payment methods do you accept? +
Major credit and debit cards and PayPal, plus Apple Pay / Google Pay where your device supports them. Paddle is our payment processor and merchant of record, and shows the options available in your country.
Can I use custom domains on any plan? +
Custom domains are available on Pro (up to 3 domains), Enterprise (unlimited) — see the comparison table above. Plans without custom domains use the short10.app domain.
Is there a refund policy? +
Yes. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of your purchase for a full refund. See our refund policy for details.
