Generating QR Codes

Create QR codes for links, WiFi networks, contact cards and more, and download them in print-ready formats.

Creating a QR code

1. Go to Dashboard → QR Codes → Create.
2. Choose one of the eight types: URL, Text, WiFi, vCard, Email, SMS, Phone or App Store.
3. Fill in the fields for that type and click Generate.
4. Download as PNG, SVG (vector, best for print) or PDF.

You can also tick the QR code toggle while creating a short link to get a code for it in the same step.

Dynamic QR codes

URL-type QR codes are dynamic: the code points to a Short10 link, not the final URL. Change the link's destination later and every printed copy follows — no reprinting. Scans are counted as clicks on that link, so you see scan analytics by country, device and time.

Customisation

On the Pro plan or higher you can change foreground and background colours, the dot style and add a frame with a call to action. Keep enough contrast and test a scan before printing.

Bulk and limits

Generate many codes at once by uploading a CSV on the QR Codes page. The Free plan includes 3 QR codes; paid plans raise the limit — see Plan Comparison.
