Connecting with Zapier

Short10 has no native Zapier app yet, but webhooks and the REST API give you both triggers and actions in Zapier today.

Trigger a Zap from Short10 events

1. In Zapier, create a Zap with the trigger Webhooks by Zapier → Catch Hook. Copy the webhook URL Zapier gives you.
2. In Short10 go to Dashboard → Integrations → Webhooks → Add webhook, paste the Zapier URL and select the events you want (click, link.created, link.updated, link.deleted).
3. Click a test link (or create a link) so Zapier receives a sample, then click Test trigger in Zapier.
4. Map the fields — short_code, country, device, is_bot, timestamp — into your action (Google Sheets row, Slack message, CRM update, and so on).

Add a Zapier Filter step on is_bot equals false if you only want human clicks downstream.

Create Short10 links from a Zap

1. Add an action Webhooks by Zapier → Custom Request (or POST).
2. URL: https://short10.app/api/v1/links, method POST, payload type JSON.
3. Headers: Authorization: Bearer YOUR_API_KEY and Content-Type: application/json. Create the key at Integrations → API keys.
4. Data: url (the long link from the previous step), optional title and custom_code.
5. Test the step; the response includes the short URL to use in later steps.
