Exporting Analytics Data

Download your click data, link list and captured leads as CSV files for spreadsheets, BI tools or client reports.

Analytics export

1. Open a link's analytics page, or the overview dashboard for all links.
2. Set the date range and any folder, tag or domain filters — the export contains exactly what the page is showing.
3. Click Export CSV. The file includes one row per click with timestamp, country, city, device, browser, OS, referrer and UTM values. Bot clicks are excluded.

Links export

From Dashboard → Links → Export download up to 10,000 links with short code, destination, title, tags and click totals. Useful for audits and for migrating to a custom domain.

Leads export

If you collect leads with CTA lead forms (Business plan), Dashboard → Leads has its own Export CSV button.

Retention and exports

Aggregated analytics are always kept. If you have opted in to purging raw visitor rows under Settings → Privacy, per-click exports only contain rows that are still within your retention window — export before the window closes if you need the detail.
